Working as an integral member of a speculative development team, Studio.625 analyzed the urban site from regulatory, design, and economic pro forma perspectives.

Various building configurations were investigated; ultimately, sub-dividing the lot into six townhouses with individual garages proved to be the most appropriate development strategy.

The well-considered design received preliminary city approval for the project (in a contentious neighborhood) long before any major investment by the development team was necessary.
