1313 Washington Street Condominiums*

A design concept developed for the Boston Archiocese when it was considering developing the land at 1313 Washington Street (where Wilkes Passage Lofts now stands; having been built by a different architect/developer team). The design would have provided 160 condominium units of various configurations as well as a classic mid-block park accessed off of Waltham Street.
