This unusual mid-block, early modern home was originally designed in 1937 by Cambridge architect, Eleanor Raymond. Built in
1939, a first floor room and terrace were never completed. This project will add the unbuilt room and terrace as well as
fully renovate the interior. Super insulation of the walls, roof, and basement, and the addition of on-site power
generation will be an intregal part of the greening of this lovely 1,470 s.f. historic home. |
