Fenn School Pool House*

Concord, MA

An income-generating summer day camp was made possible by the completion of this pool house project in June 2001. It was important to the Fenn administration that the new facilities reflect the high-quality swimming program that is provided; so the simple, yet elegant appearance of the building was of primary imprtance. The open-air structure features post and beam construction, and unfinished cedar siding. Changing rooms for boys and girls, shaded teaching space, outdoor showers, equipment storage, and mechanical spaces are all included in the 13' wide by 60' long building.
